From the Archive: Salonwear Supports Friendship Month!

This year, the month of September has been dedicated to friendship, in order to represent how important it is to everyone. Friendship Month began in 2010 and was created by The Oddfellows, who are one of the largest friendly societies in the UK and who are dedicated to helping people with friendship. This awareness month focuses on demonstrating the importance of friendship and reminding people how beneficial it is to have friends around you.

Here at Salonwear, we have decided to commemorate this month by showing extra support to our Salonwear Students, who will begin their college courses this week. We understand how nerve-wrecking it can be to start a new course with a bunch of strangers and how much it helps to build a solid group of friends around you. So, we encourage all of our students to adjust to their new environment and make as many friends as possible. We invite you to send us a photograph of you and all your new friends in your uniforms. And lastly, we wish you a fantastic new academic year!
